The donation platform for UK content creators

DonoLink is a tipping platform for streamers and live creators in the UK. You get a free tip page, payments through Stripe on your own account and alerts for OBS Studio and Streamlabs Desktop. Viewers tip in pounds without creating an account. DonoLink charges 3.5% per successful tip with no subscription; Stripe charges its own processing fees on top, to your account.

Get set up in four steps

  1. Create your free DonoLink account on donolink.co.uk and pick your page name.
  2. Connect Stripe and complete the identity checks needed for UK payouts.
  3. Add the alerts to OBS in one click and send a test tip alert.
  4. Share your tip link in your panels, bio and chat commands.

Why UK streamers use a dedicated tip page

A PayPal.me link or a bank transfer collects money, but nothing happens on stream. A tip page built for streaming connects the payment to your broadcast: the tip comes in, the alert plays in OBS, your goal bar moves and the message can be read aloud.

Tips are voluntary payments from viewers to you as a creator. They are not charitable donations, so Gift Aid never applies to a tip, and you need to be 18 or over to receive them.

What a £10 tip leaves you

DonoLink charges 3.5% per successful tip and nothing else: no subscription, no sign-up fee and no DonoLink withdrawal fee. Stripe charges its own processing fee to your connected account, depending on how the viewer pays.

Take a £10 tip on a standard UK card. Stripe's published rate is 1.5% + 20p, so Stripe takes £0.35 and DonoLink takes £0.35: you keep £9.30. Premium cards and cards issued outside the UK cost more at Stripe, and Pay by Bank costs less (0.5% + 20p). A viewer can choose to cover the DonoLink fee.

Payment methods UK viewers use

Viewers pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, plus Pay by Bank and Revolut Pay once Stripe has activated them for your account. PayPal is coming soon.

Debit cards are what most UK viewers reach for, and on a phone Apple Pay or Google Pay turns a tip into a single tap. Pay by Bank lets a viewer approve the payment in their own banking app; those payments cannot be charged back, which takes the chargeback risk out of larger tips.

Alerts and overlays for your stream

Your dashboard has the tools streamers use every night:

Twitch, YouTube, Kick and TikTok

The same link works on every platform: Twitch panels, a YouTube live description, your Kick About section or your TikTok bio. Alerts run as a browser source in OBS Studio and Streamlabs Desktop, so you keep the software you already use.
